Beginning his career in animal husbandry and progressing through leadership roles at companies such as Strategic Diagnostics, Chemicon, Merck Millipore, Abcore, and Abbiotec, he has developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, staff development, and large-scale farm operations.
Throughout his career, he has managed facilities housing thousands of animals—including rabbits, goats, camelids, and sheep—ensuring the highest standards of care, welfare, and productivity. His leadership emphasizes hands-on experience, regulatory excellence, and a commitment to animal well-being as the foundation for reliable scientific outcomes.
