Beginning his career in animal husbandry and progressing through leadership roles at companies such as Strategic Diagnostics, Chemicon, Merck Millipore, Abcore, and Abbiotec, he has developed deep expertise in regulatory compliance, staff development, and large-scale farm operations.

Throughout his career, he has managed facilities housing thousands of animals—including rabbits, goats, camelids, and sheep—ensuring the highest standards of care, welfare, and productivity. His leadership emphasizes hands-on experience, regulatory excellence, and a commitment to animal well-being as the foundation for reliable scientific outcomes.

As CEO of Prime Bio Solutions, he brings decades of operational insight and scientific understanding to drive innovation in antibody production and animal research support. His mission is to uphold ethical standards, strengthen client partnerships, and lead the company toward sustainable growth in the life sciences sector.

With a career that bridges biotechnology and practical operations management, Abraham Aviles brings over two decades of experience and versatility to Prime Bio Solutions. Beginning his work in 2000 with SBS, Abraham gained hands-on expertise in rabbit antibody production and animal facility operations, developing a strong foundation in animal husbandry.

In addition to his biotech background, Abraham has extensive experience in the construction industry, where he honed his skills in project management, facility development, and team coordination. This unique combination of technical and operational knowledge allows him to oversee infrastructure planning, production efficiency, and long-term project execution for the company.

As Vice President, Abraham plays a key role in guiding Prime Bio Solutions’ growth, ensuring that every facility and process is built with quality, compliance, and innovation in mind. His leadership reflects the company’s values of integrity, precision, and continuous improvement.

As Chief Operating Officer of Prime Bio Solutions, Jesus Aviles brings a strong foundation in animal husbandry, biotechnology, and operational management. With hands-on experience at leading biotechnology companies such as Abcore, Scantibodies, and EMD MilliporeSigma, he has developed deep expertise in animal care, antibody production, and research support.

Jesus holds a Veterinary Assistant Certificate from Pima Medical Institute and is currently pursuing his degree in Animal Science at Unity College, continuing to expand his knowledge in animal health, physiology, and biotechnology applications. His career reflects a deep commitment to animal welfare, scientific precision, and team collaboration.
